In an event of a dispute arising from transaction on Skyniks’s
website we try to resolve by After Sales Return Policy
guidelines and if this fails, in rare occasions will be resolved
by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

 Taxes;

 Skyniks will not assume any liability arising from the sale of
products (i.e., V.A.T etc.) where the shopper willingly or
otherwise fails to register, declare and remit as required by
Kenyan Laws.

Third party links;

Skyniks may sometimes enter into agreements with other
“Third parties” for them to advertise/increase our visibility
to our products. These third parties have separate and
independent privacy terms. Therefore, upon clicking on the
identified/chosen product you will be re-directed to our
website, this doesn’t mean in any way that we guarantee the
safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties
and any data collected by third parties is not provided by our
privacy policy.
Skyniks is no manner responsible or liable for any interaction
with a third-party engagement that is not conducted
through our website.
