- Once, you place an order with your chosen pick up station, you will get/check your order summary including delivery charges.
- Delivery costing (how packages sizes are categorized);
- Light: includes products i.e., battery and TVs etc.
- Large/bulky: includes products i.e., maize millers, motor bikes, washing machines, fridge, etc.
- Delivery within Nairobi is free.
- More orders save cost, a good discounted delivery charges may be applied.
- Delivery timeline?
Factors considered;
(i) An order within Nairobi and its environs;
- On average of 1-3 hours when the order is complete.
(ii) An order outside Nairobi;
- On average it takes between 12 -24 but we promise to deliver as soon when the order is complete.
(iii) Also, delivery time is further guided on the following factors;
- Shopper has an option to indicate a date when the delivery can be done.
- Destination to which the product is delivered.
- Weight of the product (Heavy products needs special delivery modes in relation to light products).
